Water Pressure Update 1/16/24 8:30pm

The water pressure from the utility company feeder line is coming into the building at 150psi. As such, the building's internal water pumps are not on.

The reason the pumps are not on is because turning the pumps on would cause excessive pressure in the building's plumbing. Excessive pressure would seriously risk pipes bursting, damaging fixtures such as water heaters, and other plumbing.

An inspector from the water company came out to investigate and the company is looking into it.

As a necessary precaution, until the water pressure from the feeder line returns to normal, we will not turn on the building's water pumps.

These necessary precautions may temporarily disrupt the water pressure and supply in the building late at night, early morning or until the problem is resolved.

We are sorry for the any inconvenience this may cause. The team is actively working on solutions.
