There is a Board meeting scheduled for Thursday December 14, 2023 at 7:30 PM at which time the Board will approve the Association budget for fiscal 2024.
The budget for 2024 reflects a small increase in fees in the amount of 3%, which will be discussed and reviewed by the Board, subject to community review.
