WH House Rules for website
• Vendors/Contractors/Deliveries

• No work can be performed without receiving approval from management, must submit alterationrequest.

• A valid Certificate of Insurance is required for all works.

• Work must be performed Monday – Friday between the hours of 9AM-5PM

•  For Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Cooling Emergencies – Contact Raul and one of the approved vendors listed on the 1600center.com website.

• No work can be done on National Holidays 

• Vendors not listed on Association’s approved vendors list providing an estimate are not allowed tobring their tools up for the estimate, they must leave all their tools with the front desk.

• All Deliveries must be scheduled with building management.

• Compactor/Garbage Disposals

• All refuse and Diapers must be placed in a plastic bag.

• Cat litter and/or potting soil must be double bagged.

• Noise and Disturbance

• 10PM – 8AM cut off for loud noise, balcony party, all audio at volume that would disturb.

• Laundry

• Usage hours – 7AM-9:30PM (9:30 being the last dryer load time)

• Parking

• All spots are assigned. Please see the building manager if you require a spot.

• Keys

• A copy of Unit Keys must be provided to building management, to be used in case of an emergency.

• Move In / Move Out

• Move in fees $500

• Move out fees $500

• Move in / Move out hours: Monday – Friday 9AM-5PM

• The date of your move needs to be scheduled and requires management approval.

• Moving companies need proper certification and a valid Certificate of Insurance.

• Pet Policy

• Cats allowed (no more than 3).

• No Dogs permitted (only allowed if qualified as a Service Animal or an Emotional Support Animal)

• Aquarium – 20 gallons maximum limit.

• No other animals/pets allowed.

• Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals – Application, Certification and Board Approval isrequired.

• Water Heater

• The manufacturer and Serial number must be provided to management, to ensure compliance withwarranty.
